MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike with Expert Village. Now we're going to discuss landing on figures. Landing on figures, or landing in the game of Heroscape means that you're landing or ending movement on a tile. Now, once again, this end movement could be water movement, or could be end of space movement. As we see here, we have our characters, the Nagrubs, and they are squad of three, and they want to get to the other side of the board. However, there are a group of werewolves and minute men preventing their passage to the other side. Now, for instance, their move, as specified by your move card, has a move of six, as we see here, and what you're going to do, you will take this guy, and since he cannot land on or go to these guys here without actually getting in to a confrontation with them, then he will try and go around, and you have one, two, three, four, five, six. Now, the farthest space he can move is here. However, once again, he would be landing on a figure and you cannot do that. With only other option, getting around, would either have to be landing here, which will not be the safest bet because then, he is surrounded by enemies on three sides. He would most likely, want to go over here; that way he is only confronted with one enemy on one side and can deal with that enemy accordingly.
