Learn About Attacking in Basic Heroscape

MIKE LOPEZ: Hi, I'm Mike with Expert Village, and now we're going to discuss attacking creatures, or other creatures in Heroscape basic version. Once again, we have our Marro Drone who's standing over here and we have this card, which of course corresponds to him. In the right, bottom right you will find this base has a box with attack and a number, the number is 3. Once again, this is a very important number for when you get into the attack of this creature over here. Now, once again, you must be in range to attack, and that must also correspond to the moves you have this turn. Now, it has a move of 6, so you move it six tiles, and as luck would have it, you end up one tile or within range of striking this creature with a range of 1. So now, you'll be able to attack this creature. When you attack this creature, since you have an attack of 3, you roll three attack dice, that's the red die with the skull, and you'll roll them for hits. Now, once again, you roll them and as you'll see, you rolled two blank and one skull which means, I will have one hit on this creature, and that is attacking.
