MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike with the Expert Village, and now we're going to discuss one of the most important pieces in your set. The most important pieces in your set are actually just dice. Now as we see here on the right-hand side, we have our red dice. These red dice signify attack dice. As you will notice, they have a skull pictured right here, and then they have a blank space. Now, if you will notice, there are three skulls on each die, and there are three blanks on each die, which means you have a three-in-six chance of rolling for a hit, which means you rolled a skull, which is a 50% chance. Now, on the other side, we have our defense die, which are blue and have a shield printed on them, and as you will see this, there are only one, two shields on each die, which gives you a two-in-six chance of defending a hit, which means that this must be rolled very carefully and very luckily to avoid hits. Now at the beginning of the basic game of "Heroscape", each side will be allotted, five attack dice and five defense dice.
