How to Install a Hard Drive

Hi! My name is Stephanie and I’m here on behalf of expertvillage.com. Please visit our web site at www.clickincomputer.com. Next, we’re going to install the hard drive into the drive cage. Since it doesn’t slide in like the floppy and CD-ROM drives, it doesn’t use the same kind of screw. Hard drives generally will come with screws in the box. You just slide it in and you line up the holes and then screw in the screw. Now, we slide the hard drive cage back in and snap down the latch making sure the drive is secure.
