Serving Pineapple Gingerbread Cake With Whipped Cream
Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to be making a gingerbread pineapple upside down cake. Now we are ready to serve our gingerbread pineapple upside down cake. Just go ahead and take your knife just get one of those pineapple wheels to the edge. Very generous wedge that I like just like that. If you have a nice server a nice party server you can just do it that way but I like to pick it up like that and see how beautiful that is. Right on to your plate. Man this is perfect size for me just one full round and then we have our homemade whip cream and we are just going to drizzle that over it. I kind of hate to go over the top with it cause it is so beautiful that way. Just go over the side.
