Testing Pineapple Gingerbread Cake With A Toothpick
Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to be making a gingerbread pineapple upside down cake. Now our cake has been in the oven for about 40 minutes. We want to take it out and take a look at it. Put it up on our board. One of the best way to take a look and see whether if it is ready or not is to go ahead and just put a toothpick into it. If it comes out clean like this it is done. So now we are going to be ready to put it on to a plate. So what we want to do is in this type of pan you can see it is pretty lose. So I would go ahead and put a plate over the top and we use my pad cause this is very hot. Just go ahead and hold that together and just flip that over like that. And look at that.
