Whipped Cream With Vanilla for Pineapple Gingerbread Cake
Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to be making a gingerbread pineapple upside down cake. Now we have been mixing our cream for about 3 minutes or so and it is getting a little thickness that we like. You can see that it is not too stiff. We don't really want to make real stiff peak with this but as you can see, this is just our cream that we have mixed together. So now we want to add a little bit of vanilla to it. It would add just a little extra flavor to it and now we want to whip it a little bit more. It is going to add all that extra flavor. So just go like that and turn that down a little bit and as you can see it is a nice thick consistency. But not too much and that is going to cover our cake and you are going to see how that works in just a few moments.
