Whipped Cream With Sugar for Pineapple Gingerbread Cake
Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to be making a gingerbread pineapple upside down cake. Now that our gingerbread is in oven, we are going to make some fresh whip cream. So make sure your bowl is really cold when you do this. We want to put our heavy whipping cream. See how nice and solid that is and then what we are going to do is start, I have a hand mixer here, of course if you something else. I mean if you have a stationary one that is fine too. I like to just start adding it I would put this in here. Now we want to whip this for a little while until it starts to get a little bit thick and we are going to be adding some sugar to it. So go ahead and good pinch and sweeten it up.
