Mixing Batter for Pineapple Gingerbread Cake
Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to be making a gingerbread pineapple upside down cake. Now we have our dry ingredients mixed together, we have our wet ingredients mixed together so now we are going to put the 2 together. So go ahead and pour this in. It has all the the molasses and all of that in there. You can see the molasses comes to the bottom cause it is so thick and rich so just go ahead and take that right off the bottom. What we are going to do is we are going to fold this in to our dry ingredients. We are going to make a batter out of this. You can see it coming together there. If you find that it is not wet enough although this is going to combine really well, if you find out you just add a little bit of water to it that is no problem there.
