Mixing Dry ingredients for Pineapple Gingerbread Cake
Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to be making a gingerbread pineapple upside down cake. Now it is time to make our batter for our gingerbread cake. So we are going to need the 1 1/2 of flour. So 1 /12 cup right in there, we are going to need 3/4 cups of granulated sugar. Pour that right in there. We are going to need about 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Just like that. 3/4 teaspoon of ground ginger. I'm just going to do this by hand so about that amount 3/4 of a teaspoon. Add a 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Just like about that. And about a 1/4 teaspoon of salt, just about like that.
