Coating The Pan With Butter for Pineapple Gingerbread Cake
Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to be making a gingerbread pineapple upside down cake. Now we have our butter melted a little bit, now what we want to do now is move this around our pan. I'm going to use one of these flexible pans here but of course, you can always use your regular cake pans. That is fine I just love these things I mean they are so flexible everything just pops right out. I still want to use some butter to make sure that it pops right out so what I want to do is put as little butter in. You don't have to put that much in about a tablespoon of this. Just sort of move this around and just sort of cover the bottom. If you need to add a little bit more, yes you can do it. We have it is available. Just a little bit more in there, we just want to cover up the bottom and the sides a little bit too.
