I would liked to show you a more picked version of playing the E blues, playing E and A. What we are going to do here is, it is going to be all picking. You are not even going to be playing any kind of cords like that. We are just going to do the individually picked notes. Basically using the same notes that I have been showing you up to this point. So what I am going to do is play it up to speed and then I am going to break it down for you. It is going to go. So basically what I am doing there is two slight variations of the theme playing in the E blues rhythm. And what I am doing is again, picking with two notes and then picking the third and fourth fret. And then on the A, going here. So instead of going back and forth to the root note of each cord, I am going, just staying on a single string. So played up to speed, that is. And that is a more picked version without playing cords but yet still playing a blues rhythm.
