Salon Hair Masks at Home

Hi! This is Liz Muller from Lizzie’s Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida and we are going to proceed to talk about mask for the hair, a mask. There are different types of masks that you can use for the hair. On Caucasian hair, I would not recommend a mask, I would recommend a light, light conditioner and it serves like a mask for Caucasian hair or very straight hair. You just want to use that daily, once a day or if you wash your hair and if you go the pool you want to go ahead and do that more regularly, like maybe actually twice a day like once in the morning and once in the evening just twice to make sure that you get all that chlorine out and that you get the hair well conditioned. That is of course for straight, straight hair, but if you have textured hair like Nicky has and she does have textured hair which is relaxed hair or your hairs curl like mine, my hair is curly even though it is in a bun, you cannot tell but it is very curly, you want to use a thicker mask. A mask that has like a consistency like this. Let me show you real close. This mask is kind of like very thick, it is a little yellow, but it is okay. Make sure your mask is something that may be contains keratin or protein on the hair. We are going to continue to proceed to talk about mask in a minute.
