Excellent, excellent, excellent video. Portia is great at teaching the various moves of belly dancing at an easy methodical pace-- which is what I needed. And the moves are great exercise too.

Hi! This is Portia at bellymotions.com. Let’s finish our last combination, starting with the shimmy 1, 2, 3, 4... arms up, up, up and frame, gently frame the body. Again arms up, up reach, stretch, stretch and frame, 5, 6, give me an Egyptian walk and left 2, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2, hold it forward, 3, 2, let’s go back to that chain… here we go 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and again bring it up, up, up, up and 5, 6, 7, Egyptian walk and 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, 6, 7 and break.
