JOEL SIEGEL: All right. So, the next spot that we're going to put our kick drum, our single kick drum note in the bar is on beat two. This is going to line up with some different stuff from what we did in the first when it was on beat one, so I want you to be thinking about that. So, we have the kick on two and we're at 80 bpm. So take a listen, try and conceptualize which hands are lining up and when. All right. So, hopefully, you could hear and you could kinda conceive that the things that were lining up were actually all three of your limbs that are in operation right now, your left hand, your right hand and your right foot, and those were all hitting on two. Your left hand you got two and four, so there's your two; your right hand, you got those 8th notes, one and two and three and four, and your kick drum of course is just on two. All right? So let's try and play that together.
