First Lick of Phrase 3 of 'I Want to Sing That Rock & Roll'

We're working on the third phrase of David Rawlings guitar solo from Gillian Welch's I Want to Sing that Rock & Roll. Which goes like this (playing). The first lick from that phrase is pretty easy we're plucking the open D string and we're fretting the G string on the second fret with our index finger and we're going to play this. (playing guitar) A little sliding action, one more time (playing).
