Second Lick of Phrase 2 of 'I Want to Sing That Rock & Roll'So we're working on the second lick from the second phrase of David Rawlings guitar solo on Gillian Welch's I Want to Sing that Rock & Roll. So the second phrase on its own sounds like this. (playing) The first lick from that phrase sounds like this (playing) the second lick goes down to the second fret on the B string playing the following. (playing) So once again that lick is (playing) play it slowly (playing) open string slide open.
