Hi! I'm Mandy Butler on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to talk to you today about cheerleading motions. Much like I did with the high V, I'm going to turn the touchdown to a low touchdown. Just I did with the high V, turned it from a high V into a low V. I'm going to take my arms and put them in the touchdown position. Remember they're facing each other. I've got them in a touchdown. I'm going to rotate my shoulders, and my arms are going to be in front of me. Again, even though I've reversed the position, my arms are still in front of me. They're not right up against my body. They're nice and tight, shoulder width apart. They're not too far to the side. That will make it a low V. Now I've got a nice low touchdown position. I can do that with my right arm, my left arm, but when I do it with both, remember that is a low touchdown position. Again, you might here this called a low punch, but mostly commonly you're going to hear it called a low touchdown. I'm going to take my high touchdown, rotate my shoulders forward, bring it down into a low touchdown position.
