How to Do the Low "V" in Cheerleading

Hi! I'm Mandy Butler on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to talk to you today about cheerleading motions. Now I'm going to take my high V and I'm going to rotate my shoulders downward and turn it into a low V. I've got my arms here in high V. In the same position, I'm just going to rotate my shoulders. My arms are still nice and straight. They're still in front of me. I can see them in my peripheral vision. This is a low V. If I want to check arm placement here, I do the same thing, but instead of putting on my forehead, I put it on my stomach. Extend it back out, and I know that I'm in the right place. Again, you can do a right low V, break that, and bring it down if the piece calls for it. You can also do a left low V, break it, and bring it down. That's a broken left low V and that's a left low V. Again, these all come from the low V, which is just the high V in reverse. This is the low V.
