How to Mince Garlic for a Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make some stuffed mushrooms with ham and shrimp. Next, we want to mince up some garlic. I'm sure you know how to do this really easily. Okay I have a couple of nice big cloves that we are going to use here and what you want to do is get your knife, give your knife a little smack here and you are going to see that that skin comes right off. It is really a nice little method of doing it. We are going to do that also with the second one. Let me show you again all that peel comes right off and you have a beautiful clove of garlic. Set the skins aside and then this has a little peel in here at the root end and all we have to do here is just you really want to mince this. So just go ahead and run your knife through like that, then lengthwise like that just like with the onion. Then you have a nice minced garlic here.
