One Leg Side Swing Pole Dancing Move

So sitting with one leg out and spinning. There is 2 ways to do this as well 1 is by suing your own body momentum and 2 letting the pole do the work. I would demonstrate both for you. So like any other move you are going to find that momentum. It is up to you when to let go. Now I'm going to pop that peg and let the pole do the work. What is nice about the pole doing the work is you can switch those legs back and forth. You can do this with a stationary move as well but since this is more fun when you have the pole spinning.
