Pole Dance Sitting With Mermaid Legs

Another way to sit up on the pole is what I like to call mermaid legs. It just means that you are going to bring your legs together no matter what you do. Another fun thing with this move is you can sit up on this pole just using your legs and completely let go your hands. It takes a little bit of stamina, it take a lot of strength and it depending on your pain thresh hold if you can actually do this move. I know some people that don't like do this move because it is painful. I would demonstrate. So there is my mermaid legs and a lot of times you can let go with both hands. I can not right now so as you can see it does take some strength and stamina and getting us to. Also because of the nature of this move you have to have skin against pole to create friction. If the pole is to slippery you would slide down and that creates friction.
