Understand What Bras to Wear While Breast Feeding

Hi this is Alicia with Expert Village and now we're gonna talk undergarments that you can wear under the shirts that you did the slits. Now these are my two favorite types that I had found. What's great about these is that they offer really great support while nursing. You're probably gonna go up from anywhere from a cup size to two cup sizes while you're nursing that what you would normally wear. So you want to get something that holds you really really well around the girth and also gives you good support. It would be easier on your back. Now this one here, you want to get something with quite a few clasps in the back. Four here, is a good one. It keeps it very very tight around your rib cage. It offers you good support. They kinda like go like this, and they have the trapped door from the top. It goes like so. Like that, and it exposes the breasts so you can imagine when you can expose the nipple right there and then pop it right there from underneath. Now there's another type that I use as well that I find very very helpful.
