How to Breast Feed with a Scarf or Blanket

Another great item that you really want to add to your wardrobe as being a new mother is a pashmina. It's this, it's a big scarf and what is so great about this, you can use it anytime for covering up, you can put it around you and when you are breast feeding it can just kind of encircle you and your baby and completely hide everything. It's very discrete, it's warm and it's very light and will hide you perfectly when you are breast feeding. Now say that you're out and about and all that you brought with you is a baby blanket. This is another great way to cover up and when you are covering up breast feeding a great way to do it is you put it over the opposite shoulder. So say that you are holding the baby like this, you put it over this opposite shoulder and drape it over the top like this, like so. I have already demonstrated what to wear with the two top system and now I will show you how that kind of works from a little help from the doll here. What you do is you pull up again from the underneath. Try to practice this at home, that will help out a whole lot. Pull up from underneath so the top half of your breast is covered and then you can pull it from underneath and you hold the baby and bring him up to your breast. Just like so and then you can nurse very, very discretely without anyone even knowing.
