How to Find the Right Size Halloween Costume

This is expertvillage.com. I am Kristie Peters from Harlequin Costume and today we are talking about the tips and techniques for selection and care of Halloween costumes. Hi! When we measure someone for a costume we have to think about what kind of costume they are wearing, if they are wearing something very form fitting, we need to take the measurement of the bust, of the waist and of the hips. But if they are wearing something that is just may be say 1920s where it is all straight up and down, we just want to find out wherever their bigger part is and make sure that we get something of the appropriate size.
