Measuring Dog Bed Cuts

Hi, I am Vicki, on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make a dog bed. In this clip, we are going to show you how to measure, so you can cut your pieces. Now in some of these pieces, you're gonna want to pay attention to the grain, cause your grain might effect your over all dog bed. This material should be fine. Measure to what size your dog is. Each dog is different. Then you're gonna cut, following your dots. It's not necessary to be as accurate as possible, because you're going to make a straighter edge when you use the sewing machine. So if you have a jagged edge or thread sticking out, that's okay. Now you perform this operation with the rest of the pieces.
