What is a Bonding Company?Hi, my name is David Fletcher, commander of United States Fugitive Apprehension. We are here today with Expert Village. A bonding company is in the state of Tennessee known as professional bail bond agency; some are owned by individuals and some are owned by corporations. A bonding company is a company that is setup usually with the experience and knowledge of all of the extend of the law. The laws vary from state to state. A bail bond company has to supply the courts with proper documentation that they are available, willing and able to protect this individual financially if he runs from the courts jurisdiction. That bail bonding company is setup and may have to pay the full amount of the bond. They are setup in a way that if they are insured, they are making an insurance policy to the courts. Stating that they purposely will stand good for the individual to be released or for the individual to be back on the street while waiting for the court date.
