Warrants for Bringing in a Wanted Body to Justice

Hi, my name is David Fletcher, commander of United States Fugitive Apprehension. We are here today with Expert Village. A capias warrant plainly states that you are hereby commanded to bring the body of whatever the name individual is. This is where my job gets interesting because my paper work demands that I bring a body, it does not specify that body necessarily has to have air in the lungs. It makes an interesting statement we usually try to apprehend everybody alive but it goes back to the 1800s where the dead or alive laws comes into effect. We are not villains and we're not people that just go out and try to commit ruthless crimes and killings. We're not vigilantes so none of us think in the terms that bringing in a body is necessary.
