Hi, my name is David Fletcher, commander of United States Fugitive Apprehension. We are here today with Expert Village. There's usually set a date in court once being arrested by the police and whatever county you are in or the sheriff department. You are usually transported to jail. Once your transported to jail, sometimes a bond is set. When that bond is set if someone or loved one or wife or girlfriend is able to provide cash a 10% amount, then that bond is paid as a collateral for you to show up in court. If you show up into court every time that your court dates are set you have nothing to worry about. If you miss one court date, you go down as failure to appear which is known as FTA. A bench warrant in some cases is issued, a capias warrant is issued.
