Certification to Carry Bounty Hunter Equipment

Hi, my name is David Fletcher, commander of United States Fugitive Apprehension. We are here today with Expert Village. Notice that everything that this gentlemen is carrying, he also has a card in his wallet because he has to certify for those things. Everything that he has on his gun belt you have to have a certification for it. If you do not have a certification for it and you use it, you can be charged with a crime. Although a misdemeanor crime in most cases are crime is still a crime and that puts you on the other side of the fence, at least temporarily. So remember the equipment and for the most part the bullet proof vest is for his safety our safety. The gun is for his personal protection it is not to hurt you unless we have to use deadly force. The batons, the handcuffs those things are used if necessary. If we come to get you, one of the main requirements is we have to handcuff you, it is protocol to do this job. You must have this equipment. This gentlemen is equipped fully with everything that he needs to do his job, however he must also have the proper certifications to carry the equipment that he is using.
