How to Pick a Halloween Costume for a Party

This is expertvillage.com. I am Kristie Peters from Harlequin Costume and today we are talking about the tips and techniques for selection and care of Halloween costumes. The common mistake people make when choosing Halloween costumes have to do with where they are going to be enjoying Halloween. If you are going to be in a small apartment party, you do not want something that entails a big hoop in a long train because you can spend the whole night trying to hide from people stepping on you, or maybe you are going to be out at a big party where everybody is dancing on the dance floor and you cannot get very close to anybody with something that big. You also need to keep in mind whether it is a private event or a business event, it is awful hard for people to take you seriously when you went to the shop party with something cut down very low and cut off real short, so keep in mind where you are going, so that you could have maximum enjoyment because your clothes are comfortable.
