Adding Cookies to Tray for Organic Oatmeal Cookies

Welcome to expertvillage.com. We are making freshly ground whole wheat cookies and they're about ready to go unto a cookie sheet. I'm going to show you another time saving tip that I use. This is a pretty stiff dough now cause I have added close to ten cups of whole rolled grains. Just between oats and the seven grain rolled mix. If you don't have the seven grains rolled mix it's alright you can do oats just all oats. It can be baby oats, it can be slow cooking or long more stiff oat or rolled oat but it need to be some type of a rolled oat. So, it can be either a quick one or the long just mix that all in kind of depending on what ever you like. It has my chocolate chips in here. Another thing that we have put in here before that's really good is chopped up pretzels. That is really, really delicious. Just take a bunch of pretzels and kind of break them up and them to he dough. Then we're going take just a little bit of cooking spray and we'll spry down cookie sheet. Here is my other time saving tip instead of putting little individual cookies that would take a lot of time putting out on a plate like that. We don't do that I just take the whole entire thing and throw them on a cookie sheet. I kind of spread it out so about like this and this will actually fill up two cookie sheets. You don't want to mash it down you just want to have it so it can breathe. Before this you want to pre heat your over to 350 and soon as that oven is hot enough you can go ahead and put this right in the oven. You will have a hard time wanting to wash your hands your will be licking your fingers a lot because this is such a delicious cookie. So we're going to go ahead and put it in the oven and see what happens.
