Hi my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. This is the portion of the cookie where you can get really creative. You can add all sorts of things. You can make it really, really healthy with coconut flakes, raisins, nuts; walnuts, pecans all kinds of things but we're going to add two things that I really like in my cookies. One is chocolate chips. This again is semi sweet chocolate chips and this is one cup and we'll just go ahead dump that in and a second for all my chocolate chip friends who actually love lots and lots of chocolate. If you like more chocolate you can do that. I'm going to mix it just a little bit. Now, my blender is starting to really have to work. The other thing I'm going to add, and some of this I'm going do a little bit more by hand cause it's going to kill my mixer if you use it really hard. If it starts to get to thick you can add a little bit of water which I'm going to do. I'm not going to add all these oats, but, I am going to add oats and I'm going add not only the oats but I'm going to add my seven grain roll mix. We're going to have a mixture of oats and seven grain rolled mix. This has kind of a nutty flavor and it's really, really delicious. So, I'm going to go ahead and just stick some of this we'll mix some of this in the bosh mixer and then we're going to mix a lot of this by hand so I don't kill my mixer.
