How to Tie Two Half Hitch Knots with Round Turn

Now if I wanted us to create a secure binding that is going to loop my rope around in a nice hoop or a hitch, I'm going to create a round turn in 2 half hitches. It's very classic and it's a lot more secure. So what we're going to do here is we're going to take our length of rope that I have. I'm going to place my wrench on top of it and what I'm going to do is loop it around one good turn. Then I'm going to take it around again and create my half hitch. Now, the same with my double half hitch, I'm going to loop it around in the same direction once again and tie it under with my 2 half hitches. Now this is strong and secured, this is not going to pull loose. So let's do this one more time. Take our length of rope, place my wrench on it and circle it one good turn. Come over again, create my half hitch. With the same turn create my second half hitch. There it is, a round turn and 2 half hitches.
