How to Side Slope on Skis

I'm Ivan Madar. I'm a professional ski instructor and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. The next drill that will help you advance a little further at this level is an edging drill and it's called a "side slope." What you do, from a standing position on a little steeper heel, you will release the edges, slide, and then set the edges; release the edges, let it slide, and then set the edges. Make sure after each maneuver you are staying balanced. So you don't want to topple back and forth or side to side. It is a very important drill and you can practice it on any drill that's just a little steeper than a beginner slope.
