I'm Ivan Madar. I'm a professional ski instructor and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Alright, so now you have mastered a few skills. You know how to turn your skis. You know how to skid. You know that you are supposed to turn the ankles and keep the upper body as still as possible. You can start practicing. At this point, getting the mileage out of this is very important before you go on to the next step, which is going to stress a little bit more advanced skills. So, go, practice what we did before: gliding wedge, matching skis to the parallel, hockey stops, or linked hockey stops in the length of time in the appropriate terrain. Terrain should be shallow. It is very important that you don't run into very steep slopes. And make sure that you are skiing under good conditions. You know it is very difficult and requires different skills to do it on ice or with very windy or cold conditions. So, make yourself comfortable and practice and we are going to progress to the next step later.
