Reptile Terrarium Shelters

On behalf of Expert Village I'm Nicole. Depending on what type of animal you have you are going to need to figure out what type of shelter you are going to provide for your animal. Animals such as this this is a Uroxsix and they like to hide underneath things I provided him with a half log type plastic shelter. I pick this up at my local pet store and he seems to kind of like it quite a bit. You can also get shelters that are lower to the groud for the types of animals that like to hide under things. You can buy some that are lower to the ground and they provide a little more security for the animals as well. This shelter here I provided this one from my ball python he still a little bit small so this shelter is a little big for him but it's going to be convenient later on when he grows into it. It's still going to provide him with enough space to curl up completely he loves it under there he's spends a lot of time under there and it's especially important to provide your snakes with, some sort of shelter. Snakes naturally like to hide for most of the part of the day a lot of them are noctornels so providing them with a shelter to hide from the daylight is extremely important. This shelter I like because of it's decorative it goes well with the habitat and you can find at your pet store several different things you can add to your habitiat to make it look more natural and decorative for your home. In this tank I have my breeding pair of ball pythons they are two pretty large snakes so I had a little bit of trouble finding a shelter that would harbor both of these animals. They do like to lay together so what I did was I just went to the local department store and..BROKEN CLIP
