On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Caroline, and I'm here to tell you about witchcraft. If you're interested in getting more information on Wicca and witchcraft, there are plenty of books out there. We sell them at Center for the New Age, amazon.com, Barnes and Noble, probably half.com too, and I'm sure there's a million other little websites that I'm not privy to. But a great book, it's called Modern Witch's Complete Sourcebook, and it's by Gerina Dunwich. And she has many resources in here, organizations and covens, herbs, periodicals, metaphysical shops, resources for gay and lesbian pagans. Gosh, there's just so much information in this book, it's really a great book if you're trying to branch out online or website, whatnot. Also, Raymond Buckland put out a book that's almost like a dictionary, that kind of goes through different people, different places, different things. It'll explain a besom, it'll explain who Charles Leland is. Books by Laurie Cabot, which go through the Cabot tradition, tells how she could trace her lineage back to Ireland. There's "Witta," by Edain McCoy, which is just an Irish way of saying Wicca. She has several good books. D.J. Conway, in "Celtic Magic", she's another good writer that I would recommend. Yasmine Galenorn. My old standby is Scott Cunningham, and he has many, many books on magical household, spell crafting, herbs, solitary Wicca. He actually is the one whose book that I opened and decided, wow, this is me. Edain McCoy also has a book on Celtic gods and goddesses, which explains them, which is great. And Lexa Rosen has a book on the supermarket sorceress, that you could just pull right out of your kitchen and get to work.
