How to Tie a Double Bowline Knot

Now I am going to teach you the double bowline. The double bowline has a little bit extra to it a little bit extra loop on it and given that nice it'll give it that nice tight feel to it. So if you look down here I'm going to show you how to do this. I've got this line here I don't tie bowlines this way I tie them a totally different ways with most knots. What I am going to do is pull a double loop in it like so. Just a double standard loop and we are going to go into the bowline as I bring make another loop here and bring it under and through the two loops that I've made. Now I am going to bring it back around my standing line and then back through the double hoops here as I tighten tighten down here on my standing in it will pull in this nice bowline knot with this double bit here. I will pull this out if I can here, here we go. Now this bowline double bowline is a bit stronger than the regular bowline up to seventy, seventy five percent so what I am going to do here is Is to do this again I'm going to create double loop like so. Loop it around and bring it under which is going to create quite a small loop here for me. Back around my standing in then back through. As I tighten this down. Here we go. There we go. Nice double bowline.
