Now I'm going to show you a variation off the constrictor knot. The constrictor knot is a better thief knot as it were, so this is kind of like a variation of a variation. But this one is, the constrictor knot is a better knot all the way around because it makes a nice tight grasp on something that you want to use it on. So if you'll look down here and what I'm going to use it on the end of my large yellow line I have here. And I'm going to go on and bring my smaller line here, we're going to bring it up and over, and make a complete loop. And we'll just bring this a little more to the end here. So I'm going to make a complete loop like this. So what I'm going to do to kind of finish this off here, I'm going to pull a little bit on my bite like so. And I'm going to pull this out a little, like so. And then what I'm going to do, is I'm going to bring it under, and then twist it. And bring it up over onto my line. And as you can see when I pull this it?s going to create a nice tight constrictor knot. Same basic constrictor knot, but just with a variation of using it on a bite. So we're going to do this one more time, just to make sure. See it?s very tight it doesn't want to come off, so we'll just have to untie it, like so. So we'll take it, we'll do this a bit faster. And we'll take it and pull it over completely, pull out our bite a little bit here, take it, do a half twist on it over around my standing end. Creating this knuckle here, and then pull it. And there it is.
