Adding ingredients for Mole Poblano Sauce

Hi, my name is Gail Hoffman from North Florida and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make mole poblano sauce. So we are going to add our other ingredients. We have the medium onion and 3 cloves of coarsely chopped garlic, 1 tomato that has been peeled. We are also going to add 3 tablespoons of almonds, 2 tablespoon of raisins that I soaked in a little bit of water. Some half a tablespoon of cumin, 1/2 a tablespoon of coriander, and a 1/2 a tablespoon of cinnamon. 1 teaspoon of apiaceae seed which also can be called fennel seeds. 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, we are also going to tare up a tortilla and puree that with it. That gives it added flavor but it is also going to help thicken the sauce. I'm now going to add a cup and a half of chicken stock. The last ingredient we are going to add is we don't want to forget our toasted sesame seeds.
