Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer from behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to learn how to make tye egg rolls. So we have the seam side up I'm just going to go ahead and take that egg white and just brush it over. The stickiness of the egg white is really going to make sure it's sealed well so just brush it over the seam, kind of brush it over the edges as well. You want to pinch the edges a little bit to make sure nothing leaks out, pinch them. So I'm going to go ahead and make a few more of these egg rolls and then we'll move on to actually frying them up. Now it's time to cook them I'm going to go ahead and turn on the stove onto medium high and we'll add some oil. We're not going to want to completely submerge these but we'll add probably in inch or so of oil so that we can cook them about half way up to where we want the oil to cover.
