Hi! My name is Corey Beasley, owner of DNA Fitness. Basically what this is, is just a conclusion, just a little wrap up from all the other videos that you might have watched or you are looking, you are going to watch in the future. We have done a couple of series: one utilizing a lot of body weight exercises and one utilizing dumbbells. Basically what these series are designed to do is to appeal that to the person who does not have access to a ton of equipment or if you are out and about on the road or crunched for time and you workout at home. That is what these videos are designed to do, to show you, you do not need a 50,000 square feet gym to workout. So that is what these are designed for. It is just to show you a lot of different variables, a lot of different ways you can challenge your body still by utilizing a minimum amount of equipment or none at all. So obviously if you are an athlete, if you are a competitive football player, if you are body builder, different types of people like that, obviously these aren't movements that are going to be perfect for you and not ideal. You know you are going to be wanting to do big body movements with squats, dead lifts, cleans, snatches, push presses, bench presses, different things like that to challenge your body to a different level. But like I said body weight exercise is simple with minimal equipment for the general population unbelievable way to just to get them to move. So if you can eat cleanly, teach your body how to move, move correctly, move consistently, eat and move consistently throughout your week, throughout your month, throughout the year. You are going to have more results, you are going to have more success, you are going to build yourself image, you are going to help out all areas in your life. I mean physically, mentally, you know you are going to be a better person, lot more confident, a lot happier with how your body moves, how it looks and it is just going to make your life better all the way around.
