Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make a California creole type of eggs Benedict. So now with the the base of our eggs Benedict of course, this is going to be these English muffins. Each one of course has a two half's so you just want to get it and they are already scored a little bit but I like to get a serrated knife and just run that through. See how easy that goes through. Like I said they are already partially split and some already have all them cut all the way through. We got this and each one is going to make a nice base and you're going to see how that works, grab the other one just run it right through just like that. What we're going to do is on this plate now, we're going to pop these in to a toaster oven and get them nice and crispy. So now we have our toasted English muffins. As we said our base for our eggs Benedict these are going to add a chewy texture to the whole dish. Some of these textures you're going to love it.
