Peeling Shrimp for Eggs Benedict Louisiane

Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make a California creole type of eggs Benedict. Our next step is we have some beautiful white shrimp from the gulf and here's how we're going to peel them. The head is already off they have a beautiful color to them already, I just put my thumb right there so what I like to do is just start at the bottom, just where the legs are. Once you get so far you can just grab the tail like this and you pull that beautiful piece of shrimp right out of there. So we're going to do this to all of them and just go around it, there's nothing to it so if you never done this before don' be scared of it as you can see it comes right out. It just takes a couple of times to figure it out.
