Cutting Ham for Eggs Benedict Louisiane
Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make a California creole type of eggs Benedict. Now we're going to start on our eggs Benedict. We already got the sauce and home fries just about ready. Now what we're going to do is use ham in here. This happens to be turkey ham so you don't want this too thick cause you want this to be cut into a second piece. We're going to put one segment each onto our English muffins so here is what you want to do. I would say just about a quarter to three eights of an inch, just go through your ham. You can always get your Canadian bacon that is already cut into neat little circles already just right size for this type of thing. I prefer a little thicker to my chosen so I would just go ahead since we're going to make four half muffins. I would go ahead and slice up two pieces of this just like that and set this to the side. Then all you need to do so that it will fit the English muffin, you don't want this to big on both sides then you just cut that right down the middle. Now we have four beautiful pieces of ham.
