How to Serve Basil Chicken Curry

Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make Basil Chicken with Curry Coconut Sauce. Alright, I'm back we are finished and it looks absolutely amazing. If I was going to some one's house and bringing it, I would bring it just like that with a little basil garnish. But if I were serving it like I'm going to have some lunch right now, me and Gracie, I would just take my instant rice, which came out perfect by the way, I would just put a bed of rice, like so, in the center and keeping everything pretty much consistently, around the circle which looks nice. Something like this. And then I'm going to take a nice heaping amount of this beautiful chicken. This is just unbelievable. I'm just going to put some chicken in like this. This is how I serve it. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Okay, if your plate is a little dirty, I always make sure I give it a good cleaning. Just look at how nice that is. Keeping our rice in a nice circle. I'll garnish it with a little basil leaf like so. Maybe right on top today. That looks nice just like that. It's Basil Chicken with Coconut Curry Sauce. Open up some wine. It's lunch.
