Adding Chicken to Milk for Basil Chicken Curry

Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make Basil Chicken with Curry Coconut Sauce. Alright, our coconut milk is just starting to boil. It got real nice and thick. It's a beautiful sauce. So we're going to re add our ingredients of our onions, our jalapeƱos and our garlic to this. We're going to basically just add our chicken too and get it real hot. And slowly, just add all your chicken back to this. Look at how nice this looks. That chicken looks amazing. This smells amazing. I tell you what's so great about this is the spice of the chicken and the sweetness of the coconut. It's great. Alright, right now you see our rice is boiling, so I'm just going to take it off it's flame and just cover it and let that sit for one minute. I'm going t start stirring all this and folding it all in. Look at how beautiful this is. I'm telling you. You're going to love this one. This one is a, people love when I make this. They really do. I always try to throw everyone a curve ball once in a while. This is one of my curve ball dishes that I do. And it was from my friend Ali, who I know for about twenty years, who showed me some of this. We actually used to love his mother's cooking. She's from India and just a beautiful lady. And I'm sure she'd be proud to know we were making her dish today.
