Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make Basil Chicken with Curry Coconut Sauce. Alright. I'm back and I work with basically with just my one hand. And I grab some of the chicken and I actually put it right into the bowl with all the spices and just roll my chicken around just to get it coated. You're going to do all your chicken like that. Okay, so just keep doing all your chicken, get it coated. If you do run out of some of the spice, because I did use more than a pound, this spice recipe actually calls for about a pound, I'll just mix up another batch. And if you have extra, it doesn't matter. You know what I'm saying? If you use extra and it's in there what you're going to do is just roll it all around. What you're going to do then is put it in your refrigerator for about two hours and come back and we'll be ready to get this going. So this is a good meal you could prep actually in the morning before you go to work. Because the longer you leave it actually, the better it flavors the chicken. So get that ready. Get all your chicken to where it's all coated nice. Again if you run out of the spice, just do another whole spice of it again, put it into your thing, come back. We're going to be putting this in our refrigerator. We're going to come back in about two hours and just show you how fast this meal is then to put together. It's really a fast and easy one.
