Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make Basil Chicken with Curry Coconut Sauce. Alright. You're going to need about a pound, a pound and a half of chicken breasts. I went out and got chicken tenderloins that are actually cut nice and the fat is taken off. So if you want to, it's probably about two chicken breasts. You're going to cut them in half and then just cut them in lengths like this an inch long and what we're going to do is cut them an inch this way and have nice one inch pieces. The first thing we're going to do is wash our chicken. Alright so you're going to give your chicken a good wash and you're going to pat it dry, too. Okay, so after you're done drying your chicken, we're going to start cutting them into one inch cubes. Alright so this would be your breast if you had it. I had tenderloins so they just slice them. So if your breast was like that, you could make these same slices. What we're looking for is one inch pieces. So nice one inch pieces of the chicken just slice them down and you're going to add them right back to your bowl. Okay, so after you have your pieces in one inch pieces, we're going to put it back in our bowl. I'll come back and we're going to actually start putting all of our spices together and start marinating this chicken. It's going to be a good one. Come back. We're making it here on Expert Village.
